Parking is available in front of the building on all sides, across the street in front of the other building,and street parking on Everett Street.

Any setup or teardown time is built into your rental time, and must be accounted for so you don't risk Overage Fees.

At the conclusion of your event, our team will review the space and ensure there is no damage or mess left behind. If there are no issues or overages, your deposit will be returned in the manner given.

You will select the room you want to rent, the date and time period you want from our website. Our team will review it and if there are no overlapping events, we will require a deposit to reserve the venue. From there you have until 1 week before the event to pay your remaining balance.
